To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact our customer support at support@aucigars.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
