We ship our products from Hong Kong to Australia using Australia Post. The estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 15 days from the date of order placement. Please note that shipping times may vary.
Orders may be subject to tobacco tax in Australia, which is approximately $1600 per kilogram (KG). If your order exceeds this tax threshold, it is likely to be held by Australian customs. In such cases, you will receive a letter from customs requesting payment of the tobacco tax. Once the tax is paid, your order will be released for delivery.
For orders exceeding 1.5 kilograms (KG), an import permit may be required. Please ensure that individual orders remain below this weight limit to avoid complications.
Orders with a total value exceeding $1000 may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in Australia. Please be aware of this potential tax liability when placing large orders.
